After spending a decade in consulting and corporate finance, Robert turned his attention to challenges at the intersection of markets, strategy and talent development with a distinct mission – to accelerate enterprise transformation. Since then, he has facilitated 600+ executive leadership development workshops for leading organisations in varied sectors such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Financial Services, Non Profits, Education and Information Technology and the public sector.

Robert is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development designation from ATD (U.S.A). He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation from the CFA Institute (U.S.A). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He is also a Leadership Subject Matter Expert on the MBA Program at the African Leadership University School of Business in Rwanda.
