She serves as the dean of the School of Business and Technology at Capella University. Rhonda brings a unique blend of background and experience to Capella as a seasoned executive and higher education leader. She has more than 15 years of experience successfully leading strategic initiatives and operations within high-tech businesses and 10 years in higher education, where she taught, oversaw faculty and staff, and led academic programming, curriculum development, and strategic planning.
