Laura Schart, CPLP, is the Training and Development Manager for Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Uline is the leading supplier of shipping and industrial supplies in North America with 11 locations and 6,500 employees in the US, Canada and Mexico. Laura leads Uline University, a collection of learning and development tools and resources supporting onboarding and technical, professional and leadership skill development.

Laura has 17 years of experience managing the learning function and a team of instructional designers, trainers and learning technologists. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She earned her CPLP in 2018.
