With more than 23 years in the commercial real estate industry, DeVries is well-versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with particular expertise in development. As one of the foremost industrial experts in the Inland Empire, DeVries serves as advisor to the leaders of major corporations, institutions and developers, such as ING, First Industrial, CALSTRS, IDI, CB Richard Ellis Investors and Pepsi Bottling Group.

In 2007-2010, DeVries and his partners facilitated the sale and leasing of industrial space in excess of six million square feet, with more than 800 acres of land sold. Currently, DeVries is the exclusive marketing representative for more than four million square feet of industrial properties in the Inland Empire, making him one of the most active brokers in the region.
